With the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, we would like to take a moment and answer some questions. We are proactively implementing measures to protect our clients, team members, and their families while continuing to provide services.
At this time, our offices are still open. Here at Kwater, we have asked our team members to go beyond the current CDC guidelines and not come in if they, or an immediate family member, are feeling unwell. We have made changes to our procedures to do our part to keep everyone healthy.
We are asking that if you visit one of our locations stays in the front lobby area, we will assist you from there. We have stepped up our regular cleaning procedures to include more regular spraying and wiping of office areas. Depending on the changing situation, in the future, we may begin to bring filters or parts to your vehicle.
With current guidance to stay home, we have been working with less staff, and appreciate your understanding when scheduling home services. Everyone deserves clean water for themselves and their families and we are striving to maintain that. Many of our units are located outside if you call and can confirm that your unit is outside and accessible. We do not need you to come out, our office is happy to take payments, send service tickets, and review information with you all over the phone.
If a staff member needs to be in your home, we are happy to use hand sanitizer and remove or cover our shoes. We are limiting the area we are in, to only the kitchen and garage. As many of you know the team normally greets you with a smile and a handshake; however, at this time, we will not be offering handshakes.

Temporary Changes For Office Pickup
Some of our locations have closed the lobby and moved to touch-free pickup. Give us a call. Let us know what you need: salt, filters, peroxide and how much of each. We will take your payment over the phone, prepare your order, and leave your items with a pickup tag in front of the lobby.
